Built in 2009, this 17-story hotel features 502 guestrooms and 60,000 square feet of flexible ballroom and meeting space. The guestroom and corridor renovation included complete upgrades to all areas, with new soft goods, custom casegoods, fresh paint, updated flooring, and modernized lighting, along with fully refreshed bathrooms featuring new finishes, vanities, and reconfigured showers to elevate comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. Low-voltage infrastructure was enhanced with new components in each room to support contemporary technology needs. Public areas were revitalized with updates to the lobby and lobby bar, enhancements to the signature restaurant, and the addition of a gourmet market to activate the arrival experience and improve guest convenience. The 60,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting spaces received new finishes, lighting, flooring, artwork, and painting to create a cohesive, event-ready environment. The spa was also upgraded with all-new finishes, custom millwork, and modern equipment, reinforcing the property’s positioning as an upscale, full-service destination The project team continues to oversee ongoing enhancements to multiple outdoors venues.
