Upon graduating from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2017, Kevin has been heavily immersed in Philadelphia’s real estate and construction industry. His experience as a construction manager for large multi-family apartment buildings has allowed Kevin to join H-CPM with an organized and high-energy mindset. Kevin sees the value in preparing accordingly in order to perform at a high-level, which has allowed him to successfully manage over 100 new construction units in the past three years. He embodies a blue-collar work ethic every day and truly enjoys seeing a project complete successfully. Kevin is also very outgoing and social person which has allowed him to expand his professional network. He sees true value in business develop, which is why he is always working on strengthening his relationships.

Kevin is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers fan. He loves hiking, camping and creating memories around a fire pit. He has a true passion for America’s National Parks and exploring all of their trails. He is a coffee fanatic and has a borderline obsession with his French Press. He believes the simplest of pleasures is a hot cup of coffee after a delicious meal. He also enjoys taking time out of his day to play guitar, listen to music and to hang out with his two cats.
