Hyatt Regency – New Brunswick2 Albany St, New Brunswick, NJ

Built in 1979, This six-story hotel with 288 guest rooms required a comprehensive renovation. The project included a full refurbishment of guestrooms, featuring new soft goods, case goods, wallcoverings, paint and flooring. Hard surface elements were added to enhance durability and aesthetics. The bathroom renovations included the complete replacement of all vertical water and sanitary stack, new finishes and fixtures, new vanities, illuminated mirrors, tub and shower as well as tile surrounds, flooring, and upgraded lighting. In addition, all guestroom windows were replaced with new, energy-efficient models. During the renovation minor remediation was required from areas affected by water intrusion.
