This project offered the opportunity to reimagine the prestigious ballroom, meeting spaces, and pre-function areas of the JW Marriott Chicago, located in the heart of downtown at 151 W. Adams Street.

The renovation of the JW Marriott Chicago transformed over 68,000 square feet of event and public spaces, including the Grand Ballroom, Burnham Ballroom, meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and restrooms. The upgraded finishes—featuring new carpet, wallcoverings, millwork, and fresh paint—were complemented by modern decorative and architectural lighting, along with updated art, mirrors, seating, and casegoods. This historic 610-room property, located in a Daniel Burnham-designed former bank building, now offers elevated and sophisticated spaces that enhance its reputation as a premier venue for events in downtown Chicago.
