This renovation presented an exciting opportunity to reimagine the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, a 386-room property with expansive meeting spaces and onsite dining. Located near major attractions like American Family Field, Brookfield Square, and the Brookfield Conference Center, the hotel is minutes from the Wisconsin State Fair and Summerfest grounds and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. With plans for a full renovation, including updates to guestrooms, meeting spaces, and amenities like indoor and outdoor pools and a free airport shuttle, this project had the potential to elevate the hotel’s appeal for both business and leisure travelers.

The renovation of the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel delivered a stunning transformation across the property. Guestrooms and bathrooms were upgraded with new finishes, shower conversions, casegoods, softgoods, artwork, and window treatments. Public areas saw significant enhancements, including a fully renovated lobby with an expanded Market and an upgraded club lounge. The Milwaukee and Brookfield ballrooms (10,000 sq. ft.) and Wisconsin meeting rooms were revitalized with all-new lighting, chandeliers, wall finishes, carpeting, dimming systems, and dividing wall partitions. Corridors were refreshed with updated sconces, carpeting, door lighting, and finishes, while an additional fitness center was created to enhance guest amenities.
