This project presented an exciting opportunity to renovate the Courtyard by Marriott Washington, DC/Foggy Bottom, a limited-service hotel located in a prime location at 515 20th St NW. The renovation encompasses guestrooms, corridors, and public areas, providing the chance to elevate the guest experience through modern upgrades. Plans include a full transformation of guestrooms with updated finishes, lighting, seating, and bathrooms, as well as refreshed corridors with new carpet, wallcoverings, and art. Public spaces such as the lobby, lounge bar, reception area, and meeting rooms will be revitalized with contemporary furnishings, finishes, and lighting. This renovation will reinforce the property’s appeal as a convenient and inviting destination in the heart of Washington, DC
