Project Scope

Built in 1940, the 355-room historic Cadillac is a European-inspired oceanfront hotel located in Miami Beach. Known for its iconic Art Deco architecture, the property was converted from a Marriott Courtyard into an Autograph Collection by Marriott. The project scope included a complete renovation of all interior public spaces, including the lobby bar, first-floor meeting rooms, and a comprehensive update of the restaurant to meet current brand and building standards. Exterior enhancements focused on the pool and deck areas and façade landscaping to improve guest experience and operational efficiency. Guestroom renovations encompassed full upgrades with new soft and hard goods, as well as refreshed bathroom finishes and fixtures. The back-of-house scope included complete renovations of the exterior kitchen and lobby bar kitchen, along with updates to associated building systems and finishes to ensure code compliance and functionality. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
