This renovation delivered a complete transformation of the Hyatt Regency, featuring fully upgraded guestrooms and bathrooms with modern finishes and functionality, including new water supply and sanitary lines. This project included replacing all windows and sliding doors, installing new casegoods and softgoods, completing approximately 95 tub-to-shower conversions, and refreshing the space with updated art and window treatments. The result is a contemporary, comfortable environment designed to enhance the guest experience.
