Project Scope

Built in 1972, the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel features 389 guestrooms and approximately 20,000 square feet of flexible function space. The renovation presented an exciting opportunity to reimagine and reposition the property as a modern, welcoming destination for both business and leisure travelers. The comprehensive scope of work encompassed all major guest and public areas, including guestrooms, the lobby, food and beverage outlets, function spaces, and both indoor and outdoor pool areas; each thoughtfully upgraded to align with Sheraton’s refreshed brand identity and current guest expectations. Guestrooms and bathrooms received complete upgrades with new finishes, shower conversions, custom casegoods, softgoods, artwork, and window treatments, bringing a contemporary and cohesive aesthetic throughout. Public areas were dramatically enhanced, highlighted by a redesigned lobby incorporating an expanded Market café and an upgraded, inviting club lounge for premium guests. Function spaces, including ballrooms and meeting rooms were revitalized with all-new lighting, chandeliers, wall finishes, carpeting, advanced dimming systems, and new dividing-wall partitions to maximize layout flexibility. Guest corridors were refreshed with updated sconces, carpeting, door lighting, and modern finishes, providing consistency and visual continuity throughout the property. The renovation also introduced an additional fitness center, further enhancing the guest amenity package. Together, these extensive upgrades deliver a striking transformation, elevating the hotel as a contemporary, vibrant, and guest-centric destination within the region.
