Built in 2009, this 18-story hotel features 1,009 rooms and 180,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting spaces. The guestroom renovation encompassed a full upgrade of all areas including new soft goods, casegoods, paint, vinyl, flooring, and lighting, along with comprehensive bathroom enhancements featuring all-new finishes, vanities, and modified showers to improve comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. Public space modifications included a complete transformation of the lobby and lobby bar to create a refreshed, cohesive arrival experience aligned with the property’s overall improvements, while introducing an upscale grab-and-go coffee shop within the lobby area. The 135,000-square-foot ballroom and 45,000 square feet of lower-level meeting rooms received new finishes, lighting, flooring, artwork, paint, and added structural components to support the updated lighting systems. All 17 sets of public restrooms were outfitted with new finishes and fixtures, incorporating necessary ADA adjustments for accessibility. The project team continues to oversee ongoing enhancements to multiple food and beverage venues.
