Bryan Malone is a lifelong construction professional with extensive experience from the Subcontractor/Vendor, General Contractor, Architect/Engineer, Ownership, and Owner’s Representative perspective. Since 2017, Bryan has focused his efforts on the Hospitality Industry after many years in Commercial and Industrial Construction. Overall, Bryan has 25+ years of professional construction project management experience with projects totaling just a few thousand dollars up to mega projects in excessive of four billion dollars in costs. Most recently, Bryan worked as the Director of Design & Construction for a southeastern based owner/operator with 35+ hotel properties. During this time, he oversaw a stable of internal D&C personnel including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, & Purchasing Coordinators. He was also responsible for the management of Architectural & Engineering firms, Interior Designers, 3^rd Party Procurement firms, and Contractors.

Bryan has maintained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute since 2008. Bryan is a licensed Commerical General Contractor in South Carolina and a Qualifying parting in additional 4 states. Academically, Bryan has a Master’s Degree in Construction Science & Management to complement his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Bryan also teaches a Senior Level Construction Project Management course to students at Clemson University so they can develop the skills necessary to become the next generation of Project Managers.

Bryan resides in the Greenville/Spartanburg area of South Carolina. He enjoys spending time with his two daughters, cycling, working on projects around the house, and watching sports of all kinds.
