Daniel PalacioProject Manager

Daniel has been working in the hospitality and construction industries for over 10 years. Most recently Daniel worked for Miami-Dade County Public Schools Office of Capital Improvement Projects as a Senior Consulting Project Manager and was responsible for approximately $50 million in projects over the past 2 years. Prior to working for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Daniel worked for First Service Residential as a Community Association Manager in the South Florida High-Rise Division. There, Daniel was responsible for overseeing the operations and capital improvement projects of several mixed-use high-rise condominiums in the greater Miami area.

Daniel Graduated from Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality with a Degree in Hospitality Management/Concentration in hotel lodging management.

Daniel was born and raised in Miami and enjoys hiking, fishing, water sports and most anything outdoors. He also has a passion for cars and has been building and racing them for years.
