As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Pitassi is responsible for client relationship management, strategic hospitality construction solutions, and project delivery with an emphasis on property renovations, interior build-outs, and capital improvements. He is adept at understanding the interrelationships with all project parties and excels at rebalancing teams, communications, and resources in order to consistently and efficiently deliver projects to meet the objectives of our clients.

He brings over 40 years of project/program management (PM) experience while holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and OSHA 10 Certification. Mr. Pitassi has personally been responsible for more than 35 hotel renovation projects throughout the United States, from limited and select-service properties to full-service domestic hotels and resorts. He provides a depth of knowledge that includes the development of comprehensive strategies, schedules, and budgets along with general project management, due diligence, and on-site construction coordination. He attributes his success throughout his career to building long-term relationships, proactive consulting, assembling the right teams for the project/need, and providing straight, honest, and timely communications to his internal and external clients.

Prior to joining H-CPM, Mr. Pitassi served as a Senior Project Manager/Owner’s Representative, as well as the President of GJP Consultants, LLC, where he provided oversight and management on design and construction projects for new build, renovations, and other capital expenditures for hotels and commercial properties, and has participated in due diligence efforts for new acquisition (new construction and existing assets) on behalf of numerous Owners and Capital Lenders.

Mr. Pitassi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Finance & Real Estate from California State University, Northridge, where he graduated with honors, as well as an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts receiving the Chancellor’s Distinguished Student Award (Top 1%) from Los Angeles Pierce College. He is also a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Naval Submarine Service.
