Holly GoudySr. Project Manager
Holly has had two careers both involving a lifelong focus on project management. Starting out Holly worked in franchise store development for AlphaGrahics helping new franchisees to navigate the store opening process with a heavy focus on systems and processes. She made the transition to the hospitality construction industry close to 20 years ago.
Prior to joining H-CPM, Holly worked as a Project Manager for project management consultant groups, REITs, owner-operators, and a franchisor where she managed renovations, conversions and new construction projects. Holly’s roles before hospitality included Regional Manager for Asia and the Director of New Store Development. She has worked offshore for the redevelopment of a property’s public area, beach facility and historic restaurant along with several full service and select service renovations totaling more than $275 million. Besides managing construction projects, Holly has also worked in the capacity of the lender’s construction consultant providing reporting and feedback on the redevelopment process along developing a property condition assessment for a struggling resort, and assessments for property acquisitions. As the driving force of a project, she focuses on providing direction to the project team, ensuring quality processes, while managing effective communication between all stakeholders. Holly enjoys managing all the details and finding alternative approaches to her projects.
Holly has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems, with a minor in East Asian Studies, from the University of Arizona. She is currently completing her Project Management Professional (PMP certification). Holly resides in Elkton, Maryland with family which includes dogs, bees, chickens, and her other half. When not working, Holly breeds Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Borzoi, competing with her dogs in conformation and performance events. She is also involved in the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), an international non-profit educational group focused on medieval history.
