Jennifer PresuttiProject Manager
With over eighteen years of project management, Jennifer transitioned from managing residential construction and commercial tenant improvements and fell in love with the challenge, complexity, and reward of hospitality projects. She has eight years’ experience specifically with hotel projects, including serving as an Owner’s Representative Project Manager for large-scale property renovations and PIP execution, as well as extensive experience with capital improvement projects. As an Owner’s Representative, clients included Westin, Sheraton & Four Seasons properties with budgets ranging from $15-$500 million, with emphasis on the design, FF&E specifications, procurement oversight and logistics planning.
Most recently, she managed capital improvement projects at Montage Kapalua Bay, assisting the property with developing a long-term strategy and budget for accelerating significant deferred maintenance projects with a complex “resort-residential” budgeting structure, while implementing property improvements needed to maintain a five-star luxury standard and keen attention to return-on-investment.
Jennifer works to understand client’s and owner’s needs and concerns quickly and effectively and with the necessary attention to project details which yield successful outcomes. Her ability to manage the sequence of the project, to communicate with transparency and timeliness, and to collaborate well with all layers of a team have contributed to her success.
Holding a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Stonehill College, and a passion for architecture and design, she values the human factors of project management, facilitating relationships by problem-solving collaboratively and rolling up her sleeves to create wins. She believes in being a “design thinker”, from strategy through execution, by asking questions, ideating, and finding empathy-driven, functional solutions while remaining pragmatic to schedule and budget.
