Melissa AmonProject Manager

Melissa entered the construction industry to blend her knowledge of project management with her long-standing love of architecture and design. Prior to joining H-CPM, she served as a project manager in luxury residential remodeling for ten years, where she oversaw renovations from concept through completion. It was here that her values of integrity, transparency, and empathy developed her motto “it’s about more than building a structure – it’s about building a relationship.”

Melissa graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Project Management. She brings her project management, team building, and leadership skills not only to the construction industry but to numerous non-profits, including years spent as chair of a million-dollar American Diabetes Association fundraiser.

Calling Minneapolis home, Melissa loves to travel both near and far and is always on the lookout for a scenic hike, a good book, and yarn for her next knit sweater.
