Richard brings over 25 years of architectural, design consulting, development and construction project management to the H-CPM team. He has experience across a variety of sectors and concepts including hospitality, retail, entertainment, restaurant, full site development & construction, and interior/open store remodels.

Prior to coming to H-CPM, Richard was a Vice President of Projects with Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL). In this position, Richard was responsible for managing project delivery in all phases from pre-development to construction for and remodels, new ground up full site developments, and interior finish-outs.

Richard worked in the family entertainment sector as both a construction project manager and design manager for Main Event Entertainment, an entertainment company with over 40 locations throughout the United States. During his time at MEE, Richard managed the design of over 15 facilities and personally managed the construction of 8 facilities. As design manager, Richard helped implement a new exterior and interior design for MEE’s prototype, maintain design standards and communicate the new design criteria with architects and management.

Richard received his Bachelor of Design in Architecture at Texas Tech University. Previously he was a Registered Architect in the State of Texas.
